Wow. What a weekend! Our Saturday kicked off with the usual drift session at Speed City KL. It was Team Drift Battle session and we pulled off another victory making it a hatrick. This team drift event is nothing more than as session to promote tandem drifting to the fans, and just an excuse for me to tap doors hahaha.

I headed straight home right after the session to get some rest while the boys loaded up the V8 Silvia for our test session at Dato Sagor circuit on Sunday. I managed to get 2 hours sleep before the phone rang and it was time to head up north to Perak.

We reached the track at 630am and started unloading the car ready for our long day ahead. This test was to test more suspension changes we made during the off season working towards generating more grip.

After 7 hours and slaying a total of 12 pieces of Bridgestone RE11 rubber, we managed to gain almost 20kmh at the speed trap and improved mid corner grip through long sweepers and tight corners.

It was a good day for us. Although long, we are happy with the results. We made the improvements work and we will be competitive at the up coming Formula Drift Malaysia 2013.
