The TONNKA crew have been flat out fabricating parts for our LS7 conversion. We’re pretty pressed for time a the start of the 2012 season is just round the corner.

The right hand headers was the trickiest. Limited space + starter motor and steering shaft adding to the headache. Final product looks great!

Here’s the left hand headers on the jig.

Larry made some mods to the engine mounts so we don’t have to shift the rack and realigning engine + gearbox position to make sure everything is dead centre.

Didn’t manage to snaps pix of the new oil pan. I’ll update the progress in 2 weeks. This coming weekend is the finals for the All Star Series, Thailand. Its game time!

I managed to get a couple of photos from the net of an apparent D1 Grand Prix launch which went down last night in Bangkok. You can see Ken Nomura & Imamura being interviewed on stage. I don’t know what D1GP has installed for 2012 in South East Asia, but looks pretty promising.
