Special thanks to Gengo Kitazawa, Chairman of DG-5 CO.,LTD & Katsuhiro Ueo, D1 Driver & owner of Garage Sift for supplying me a set a DG-5 suspension system for the Silvia.
We will be testing the new set-up this Thursday in preparation for Star Drift Challenge Seremban this weekend.

Wa-alaikumsalam Norhaslina,
The picture was taken 2 weeks ago @ Kampung Gajah circuit in Perak. We had a practice/test session during the holiday season.
The skill comes through a lot of practice. It’s like any other sport where practice makes perfect.
The speed in Malaysia is on average around 120 – 150kmh entry speed. Mid-corner speed between 80 – 100kmh depending on the course.
I started this sport/driving style about 6-7 years ago.
Thank you very much for your support

hello,
erm..actually i think this sport only suitable for rich ppl, you know why? it’s that a waste using lot’s of tyres only for one race?
i’m as ordinary ppl who works hard to earn money know the value of it..
i use proton car, yeah coze it’s that one i can afford.i enjoyed to watch car drifting (in movie..)of course! but never experience it live..

djan..
saw the action in seremban last week..dont u agree that there are many good hardcore NA drifters around?what is essential for them to improve in this?is it the car?the last corner in seremban is too tight i guess..most of the cars lost speed when they reach the final corner..the drifting got more intense after it rained..waited until the end..thought of taking pics with u.but theres too much crowd.so i left.good show.hope u can figure out exactly how the slyvia moves.love it better with the 86.

The drifting stds have improved tremendously since we first started. Now it’s time to learn and improve on the racing line, consistency and overall impact. Machinery too must now improve with the skills they have honed.
The driving style with the Silvia is totally different. I’m still learning, but we’ve made progress. I hope to be one with the car by mid-year.
